Lucie Hammond created Diversifly from a long-standing passion for equality and people potential.

She combined corporate communication and change project experience, with the more recent additions of coaching, counselling and psychotherapy, to create a training company specialising in diversity and inclusion and people performance.

After completing the Founder Institute's acceleration and commercialisation course for tech start-ups, she translated leadership and workforce diversity content into virtual reality, creating a leading-edge training product to help business drive performance through people power. 

In her past life (pre kids) Lucie managed corporate communication teams and consulted agency-side in various sectors, including finance, oil and gas, professional services, insurance and telecommunications. She has more than a decade of experience in employee communication and change programs, executive coaching, and PR and marketing across Europe and Australia.


Anna Pitman is an international Facilitator and Coach specialising in people optimisation and alignment. She has more than seven years of Organisational Development and Learning and Development experience. Anna brings a wealth of learning and organisational culture knowledge to the Diversifly team and will be heading up all things VR Content going forward.

After establishing hundreds of Training and Organisational Development strategies for organisations, Anna acknowledges that we need to start thinking about more innovative, integrative and sustainable learning strategies.

Virtual Reality provides a solution that is:

  • Immersive and engaging
  • It has a greater emotional impact and therefore a higher retention of knowledge
  • It is more cost effective for the business and;
  • Less disruptive due to bite-sized training delivery and a work-around facilitator availability and the need to down tools during operational hours.

As a young female consulting to male dominant industries such as mining, construction and transport Anna has experienced firsthand the limitations of gender bias. Anna hopes to pave the way for future generations where everyone can experience genuine equality at work.

Ryan Ng is a provisionally registered psychologist with a background in psychology, education, and technology, who has conducted research in the areas of personality, negotiation, and psychological functioning in the workplace.

He is passionate about applying cognitive and behavioural science to deliver measurable improvements in performance and productivity. He draws on a diverse set of skills from training and behavioural analytics to crisis counselling, and organisational consulting and development for his work with Diversifly.
